By engaging our services, you grant us the right to use excerpts or full versions of the produced video(s) for promotional, advertising, and demonstration purposes across our media platforms. Videos will remain published on our platforms unless we receive a written request from the event hosts to remove them.Live Streaming
– For all the three packages, our service is limited to broadcasting the event live on the internet only, not recording it. – If you book the Livestream+Video Coverage package or Livestream+Video Coverage+Photography package, we can provide the event’s live video footage but there will be extra charge involved to prepare the video, reformat it and deliver it via Google Drive link. – Our livestreaming starts when the Master of Ceremony starts talking or the band/DJ starts the beginning music, not before that. We don’t livestream the guests arrival and reception decoration. – We depend on the mobile internet as many venues won’t provide their own ethernet or wifi connection. We use the latest 5G mobile broadband, but the siganl strength depends on many factors including the venue location, how far it is from the internet towers, or if there are things blocking the signal. We don’t have control over that. – When taking the sound from the AV systems of the venue, sometimes these systems fails to provide the best quality sound during livestreaming. We don’t have control over that, and in that case we will use our own portable sound system.Video Coverage
(This applies to One Camera or Multiple Cameras with Video Camera Switcher) – Our Video Coverage (in Livestream+Video Coverage Package or in Livestream+Video Coverage+Photography package) is limited to covering the live event with a camera, and to help the customers in case they don’t have a professional videographer. Please note that we are not a professional videography company, we are a livestreaming company, our video coverage is limited to just covering the event with one or more cameras but we don’t use the same video shooting techniques that the professional videography companies use. – The same thing applies to editing the video footage, we can edit the event video footage, if requested by the customer, but our video editing is limited to some adjustments applied to the captured video footage only, and the editing could take between 1 to 6 weeks to be finalised depending on how busy we are on that period. – Our video coverage starts when the Master of Ceremony starts talking or the band/DJ starts the beginning music, not before that, and that is the start of our livestreaming as well. We don’t video the guests arrival and reception decoration. – If you need a professional videographer, who can provide you with professional video coverage and professional video editing, we can refer you to one of our videography contractors, and in that case, we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, that is caused by the videography contractor.Photography
The Photography (in Livestream+Video Coverage+Photography package) is provided by one of our professional photography contractors, we will provide you with the contractor’s company details or the contractor will contact you to go through the package details. Please note, we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, that is caused by by the photography contractor.Fees
