General
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between Wedding Live and the Customer, and supersede all prior written or oral statements, representations, negotiations or agreements.
These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NSW.
Copyright
All the livestreamed video content produced by Wedding Live is copyrighted and can not be published on the website/TV/social media platforms of any other individual/company/agency/news corp/service/network.
The livestreamed video material can be exclusively used by Wedding Live only and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws and Wedding Live owns an exclusive copyright.
None of the livestreamed video material produced by Wedding Live shall be copied, modified, reproduced, published, sold, or transferred, in whole or in part, in any commercial and non-commercial use, without the prior written consent of Sydney Livestream.
Breaching the above terms of use will result in Wedding Live to receive compensation for the use of its content illegally.
Wedding Live reserves the right to display/copy any part of produced video for future demonstrations/displays and advertising.
Service
For the Livestreaming Only package, our service is broadcasting the event live on the internet only, and as a bonus we record the event (online only) to be watched directly through a private URL. The footage will stay online for one week after the event day. We provide the live video footage of the event on a USB if you book the Livestream+Video Coverage package or Livestream+Video Coverage+Photography package, there will be extra charge to download the video, reformat it and deliver it on a USB. Our livestreaming starts when the Master of Ceremony starts talking or the band/DJ starts the beginning music, not before that. We don’t livestream the guests arrival and reception decoration.
Fees
We normally charge 50% of the total cost when you approve the terms of using our services for your events. The remaining 50% balance will be due before the date of the wedding. We accept bank transfer and cash.
Cancellation Policy
If the wedding is postponed, we will attempt to reschedule for your wedding at no additional charge. If we are not able to reschedule because of a conflicting commitment, or because the live event is cancelled, we will refund 80% of your total costs if you notify us one week before the event day, the other 20% covers administration fee, the cost of preparing the required team members and your live stream profile page setup cost. Please let us know as soon as possible if you postpone your wedding.
If the cancellation notice was within less than a week from the event day, then cancellation fee applies. Cancellation notice periods always relate to the local time zone of the booking and by default NSW, Australia (AEST), including weekends and national public holidays.
